I had a great time at this hotel! The staff was always friendly, and the location was convenient for me. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes.
For us, it was ideal.

The staff were kind and smiley, and the room was big enough with a nice bathroom. the hotel is located near stores and attractions, making it easy to access amenities.
Sadly, the housekeeping was poor. the bed sheets and towels were not changed throughout our five-night stay, and the tables and floors were never cleaned.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions such as the Heydar Aliyev Center and is easily accessible by metro or taxi. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast selections were satisfying, and the kitchen staff was polite and willing to make adjustments to our requests.
The facilities could use some improvement, particularly the cleanliness. The housekeeping staff did not seem to pay attention to detail, as they did not change the bed sheets or towels during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near some of the main attractions and public transportation. the staff is friendly and always ready to assist with guest needs such as changes to the breakfast menu or providing guidance on public transportation. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including a functional bathroom and complimentary toiletries. the hotel offers facilities such as free internet access and room service.
That the housekeeping could be improved as they sometimes fail to change bed linens and provide fresh towels.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location was excellent, situated near popular attractions and within close proximity to stores and supermarkets. We found the staff to be welcoming and always willing to go above and beyond to assist us.

The breakfast at Rusel Park Hotel could use some improvement, as the options were limited during our 5-night stay. However, the staff's kindness and constant smiles made up for it. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom. If you prefer to stay away from the old town and want to save some money, this hotel is a good choice. The location is convenient, not too far from stores and supermarkets, and near attractions. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. Despite some drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.
